It is completely okay to not be okay, but you don't have to carry the weight alone. True strength isn’t about pretending everything is fine; it’s about having the courage to say, "I’m struggling right now." If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or lost, please consider reaching out to a friend, a loved one, or a professional. Connecting with someone can instantly lighten the burden. When your mind feels heavy, moving your body can also help clear the fog. You don't need a grueling workout—just get up, step outside, and move. Even a simple 10-minute walk, some light stretching, or a jog around the block can release tension, shift your perspective, and provide a much-needed boost of natural energy. Be gentle with yourself today, reach out if you need a hand, and take that first small step forward.

Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
