Let’s get moving for better mental health!
This October, the Lovable Lakelands group will be leading the charge to raise funds for One Foot Forward by walking, running or rolling in solidarity to show the 1 in 5 Australians who experience a mental illness each year that they’re not alone.
We’re calling on the Lakelands community to rally with them and join the challenge.

You can also join as an individual participant, rally your own group, or contribute through donations.
One Foot Forward is a great opportunity to look after our own wellbeing, connect with our neighbours, and raise awareness and funds to support better mental health in our communities.
Donations will help Black Dog Institute put treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of people who need them most.
We look forward to moving together this October!
