Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
Mental illness can be debilitating and can have a devastating impact on not only those living with it, but those around them.
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help reduce the impact of mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

Thanks for walking Libby. You're an inspiration to me, no matter what. Life can be anything but easy, but it's full of beauty and wonder too - and a whole lot of great people, and you're one of my favourites to the moon and back.

Mental health affects so many and often it’s the ones you least expect. This illness has been in my family for so many years and has caused lives to be taken. In turn, it affects the families, friends and the community. Sufferers are still reluctant to discuss their illness due to lack of understanding from others. How sad to take your own life, because you feel so alone & misunderstood, amongst other reasons., Lib, I’m so proud of you for understanding mental health and all that you have done for it and continue to do, even it can make a difference to that one person suffering. Love you x

Every October walking my OFF challenge is important. This one particularly. MY Family and friends are experiencing difficult times and This is the least I can do to raise awareness of their struggles. I do this happily for me and others. My sixth year!!
