While I have no idea, the journey you are on, I went through a dark journey of my own, but I didn’t want to be alive any more because of the pain I was in. I didn’t see a way out, but because I have a son, I didn’t want him to carry my burden. And so I kept going. I’m not telling you this because I need any support right now. I’m sharing that many of us have walked into the darkness and I know it well. As I am sure you do. If you need a mostly stranger who just knows you from the sun set beach strolls, I will be there. I honour your own terrible journey. Thank you for being so open ❤️

Words are wholly inadequate to express my sorrow for your loss. I do understand it a bit, as my own brother lost his battle to his mental health 25+ years ago. I feel that loss still. Blessings to you as you navigate the huge challenges of grief and loss.
