Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I will be walking 60ks and also cycling 60ks for The Black Dog Institute Fundraiser for the 1 in 5 Australians effected by suicide and memtal health
In October I am joining the One Foot Forward fundraiser to suppprt the Black Dog Institute, to raise money for the many people who are struggling with mental health issues. Unfortunately 1 in 5 Australians are facing this crisis, including suicide. This charity is very close to my heart, so I will be walking and riding 120ks in rememberance of loved ones I have sadly lost, and friends and family struggling with their mental health.
