Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, for my birth month, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Instead of birthday gifts this year, please help me raise money towards my goal <3>

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

I am also aware of how the cost of living has increased and impacted everyone in Australia, so no pressure from me to donate at all if you are not able to (I will understand :))

Please join me on my birthday walk on October 3rd (Saturday) at Lavender Bay.

If you need an extra incentive to walk, I will be preparing lunch for everyone who joins me! :)
