Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

As I was cycling along I saw an old colleague ahead with his back to me. As I passed I said he'll (name) and sped away...well I would like to think it was speedy. As I did the return leg the same thing happened. All I could hear was his shout " Who are you?". That will bug him all day....it's the little things in life.
