Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience symptoms of mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

I’m walking this October because mental illness and suicide can make people feel incredibly alone, and nobody should have to carry that weight by themselves. Sometimes support isn’t about having the right words or knowing how to fix things. It’s simply about showing up, staying beside someone, and reminding them that they matter. So every kilometre I walk this month is in solidarity with those struggling, those supporting someone they love, those grieving someone they’ve lost, and those still finding their way forward. You matter. Your story matters. And you don’t have to walk it alone. 💜
