Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.
Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.
My Updates
My why….
For the second year I am taking on this challenge to help raise awareness for the many Australians living with mental health challenges and battling the black dog.
This year, I’ve committed to walking 60km in support of this cause. If I hit my fundraising goal early, I’ll be increasing that distance even further.
Mental health affects so many people, whether it’s ourselves, our family, our friends, or someone silently struggling beside us. By raising awareness, starting conversations, and showing support, we can help remind people they’re not alone.
Every step I take is for those who are battling, those we’ve lost, and those who need hope. 💙
If you’re able to support my fundraiser or simply help spread awareness, I’d be incredibly grateful. Together, we can make a difference. #MentalHealthAwareness #TheBlackDog #EveryStepMatters

I’m walking in solidarity this October for Australians affected by mental illness and suicide. You are not alone. Mental illness is not talked about enough, there is still a stigma around this. Working in disability and now personal injury mental illness is among us all but such a taboo subject, hoping to make it normalized and spoken about
