💙 My Pledge of Solidarity 💙 I’m walking One Foot Forward for everyone impacted by mental illness and suicide and for myself too. Years ago, I had a suicide plan. I didn’t think I’d make it this far. But I’m still here. I still have tough days, and right now I’m going through a medication change that’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. Some days are heavy, some are okay, and some are actually good. I walk to remind myself that progress isn’t always a straight line and that it’s okay to not be okay. I walk for everyone who’s still fighting, for those who’ve been lost, and for those learning how to live again. If you’re struggling, please hang on. You’re not alone in this. We’re in it together, one step at a time. 💙

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
