Support My Walk for Mental Health Research
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?
This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

My brothers band. Unto the Breach
I went to a wonderful fundraiser for the Black Dog Institute yesterday. My brother was a member of a band called Unto the Breach. They organised an amazing day full of bands playing in honour of him at the Workers Club in Fitzroy. All proceeds went to the Black Dog institute to improve mental health and support those in need. It was so heartwarming to see so many people donate their time and money to such a worthy cause, whilst raising awareness of the load so many people carry silently. The walk I do this month and the money I raise from generous kind donations is my tribute to my dear brother who suffered silently.
