Support My Walk for Mental Health Research

Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness each year?

This October, I’m taking part in One Foot Forward to help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I'm walking to raise funds for Black Dog Institute to put ground-breaking new mental health treatment, education, and digital services into the hands of the people who need them most.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my walk.

Together, we can create better mental health for all Australians.

My sister Renae and I are joining forces! Team SistaLove! ❤️
As some of you know, Renae and her child were directly affected, losing a husband and father to suicide. 
Many of us, myself included, our family and loved ones, have been closely or personally affected by mental health and suicide.
We’re taking this opportunity to spread awareness, support a great cause and show people they’re not alone.
It’s taken a lot of courage for me to get to this point, where I can share this and openly talk about it, but this is such an important cause and we’re so proud to be a part of it. 
Let’s do this! ❤️
